Caught 21 keepers by 10 and talked to Billbob and Slab. Ya'll I thought Slab had the measles, I have nerver ever seen a fellow as ate up with the redbugs as bad as that boy! I got to thinking about it on the way home and got to laughing. Maybe he wil post up some pics but I tell you it is bad

Some of you may know, the rest may think I'm crazy... Way to stop the redbugs from itching after you got them... Pour a cup of PINESOL in a regular size tub of bath water, add 1/2 more if it a BIG tub. Get your favorite book and soak in the water for a chapter. They b gone...Quote:

I use bleach.
I use repellent to keep them off.
But, once you got em..... wouldn't you rather smell like a tree than a kitchen floor or an ole rag??

I must have stepped onto a mess of them the first day I got there. Noone else got any, and Jeffs two daughters that ran around in the woods for firewood did not even get one.
They itch like heck but that's starting to fade. And I did have repellent on but I focused on my feet and ankles. I dot get it, didn't they have to climb past the ankles first. Oh well. Stuff happens.
Bout all you can do now is break out the Makers Mark, but don't pour it on the bites.

Put finger nail polish on them.It burns, but works.

I didn't get any chiggers, but I did see Torch and Sat on the lake.
And the new boat looks like it's set up to fill the boat up with crappie.
