Well had a slow morning at work and I had rounded up some left over plumbing supplies that I had laying around. Well this is what I came up with. Hope it works. If it does plan on building more.

sweet hook an aerator to it
It is stuck down in a bucket of concrete. It is 3" PVC and the clear pipe is the new water pipe that they are using to plumb houses with nowadays.
Good lookin' structure!
Looks good!!!
Nice
That isn't structure. Iff'n you wants to be a pro you'uns gotta learn the lingo. that be cover.
"Structures are the physical features of a lake or a river bottom. From a fishing perspective, structures are areas where there is a variance in the depth or the contours of the bottom, and these changes can range from subtle to dramatic. Structures can be natural as well as human-made features of the underwater landscape. Structures are a big factor in fish habitat and certain types will concentrate fish.
Before I get any further, let me explain what structure is not. Sometimes cover is incorrectly used interchangeably with structure. Cover refers to objects in or on the water that provide shelter for fish, such as vegetation or a dock. Of course, finding structure and cover together can make great fishing spots (e.g., a hump with a dense weed bed), so it's no surprise that the two terms get used interchangeably. "
You wouldn't want Bill Dance to think you were an amateur would you????
Build it and they will use it if it's placed in the right location. Don't forget to get the Corps Coordinates for Nimrod. I see folks already fishing the refurbished piles catching fish.
I like the structure you built (structure like a building), now but it on some structure (like a drop on the lake bottom or a contour) and tell me where it is, and I'll let you know if your break (cover) in the structure works. ROFL.
Looks good!
Gomer. Where are you getting this definition of structure from? I've seen you post it several times.
He is right. Structure is considered the structure of the lake as opposed to cover in the lake. Bill Dance used to explain it almost every week. What fishermen really need to find is a break in the structure. Hence cover, docks, logs, trees, stumps, rocks, humps, and man made cover etc.
very pretty
Well sheesh excuse me. Crappie cover. Whatever you want to call it it was my first one and hope to get to sink it Friday.
I like it. And I think the fish and fishermen will as they will probably not take time to decide if is cover, structure, hidey hole or whatever. Good job. Something like that should last awhile. Thannks for sharing with the rest of us.
