I have a danged hard time getting the hooks back on the baits when I switch them out to red or take them off to paint. Is there a tool that opens up the O rings to get them on easier?

Split Ring Pliers, BPS or WallyWorld will have them.
Just be sure and get good ones. The little stamped out flat ones are no good. Attachment 63569
