Nice looking garden
Looks like I see some squash blooms, looking good bud.
It's blurry though
wasn't blurry til I saved the dang thing. Never had that happen before. This was a PNG pic file so I have have saved it wrong
Good looking garden.
Ours is vibrating it's growing so fast.
I been babying it this year. Got 20 bags of Pine bark Mulch on it and need another 10. Good thing is it'll turn into good soil in a year or so
I've got a bunch of baby squash and about 80% of my maters look healthy with lots of blooms, but I've got issues with about 20%. Funny thing is, even with all the blooms, I've got very few actual tomatoes. Zuchini is zuchini-ing and so are the cucumbers. Already picked a handful of strawberries. This is about the best stand I've ever had, but time will tell if I actually produce anything from it.

I've always thought of myself in the executive branch of this here board. Therefore, I make the rules, but they don't apply to me.
And please, I prefer the term All Hallowed Supreme Commander, not President.

There you go thanking again WB. gets you in hot water every time. Triton, I'll make sure and get you some fresh maters n Okra
I was late getting going got mater plant's that look ok cucumbers going strong and tried watermelons this time got 8 hill's with 4 plant's per hill that are starting to run.My best looking mater plant's were found by acident, noticed what I thought was weed's growing around my dog pen went to spray round-up and gusse what they were mater plant's about 20 of them.Seem's like my dog's ate mater's last yr and recycled them and they came up look's like dog crap is wonderful fertilize all the plant's are over knee hi and full of bloom's.
I'm about to give up on mine, DD. It's so dry and hot that I've been using water like crazy just to keep everything alive. The blooms are falling off the 'maters, but the zukes and okra are doing fine. Squash are struggling in all this heat, but they'll pull out if I keep water to'em. Got my pea patch broke up ready for planting, but it's just one big dust bowl right now. What do I have to do to get some rain? At this rate, it'd be cheaper to buy veggies. My water bill will probably be $100 this month.
DD, I've found one of the best ways to amend your soil with organic matter is to use gin trash the fall before planting season and break it in about 6" deep. You can put it in in the spring, but it has so much ammonia it'll slow down the growth if it gets dry. If you want some for next year, let me know and I'll bring you a load. The gin will haul it off this summer before ginning season, but right now we have plenty to use.
well I was just going to jump in on this now I cant. Nice looking garden patch Don.
It's going to be a tough year for tomatoes. They need some cooler nights to get a good fruit set and we went from right-on to incredibly hot right when everything was starting to bloom. Peppers, Squash (if you can keep it watered), Eggplant, and Okra will all do really well.
