How do you clean your critters?
This is my fun! I like to see folks cleaning setups. We work hard and play hard... It's nice to have a good place to clean your critters when your tired from fishing or hunting all day.
Electric winch for the deers. Big table, Big sink, meat grinder, scales and a commercial ice machine to boot! Electric pressure washer to clean up when need be. Stove to keep warm in the cold. Iv spent many hours cleaning fish on a tailgate, don't miss them days at all!

Craigslist! I bought it not working and fixed it. I prolly have $200 in it!
Pumps out 250lbs a day!
Re: How do you clean your critters?
For the large furry critters I take mine to one of the best butcher shops in the state for processing. They do a much better job than I ever could and vacuum pack everything to my specifications. Gives me more time for fishing. For the fish that we keep I use a stainless steel table that I got from a restaurant supply company that works very well. I hardly ever keep more than I will eat within the next week. I never freeze fish. Most fish leftover from the previous week are given away.
