My GPS went out on my iPilot. After a brief phone call, a new one was on the way 2nd Day FedEx so I would have it in time for the Grenada FJ. Just a great company to do business with.

Cool! I have been having some issues with mine. Had a circuit board in the i-pilot break, called them and had a new one 3 days later. Button on my remote broke, 3 days later had a new remote. awesome customer service!
