Give me some names of places to bring the motorhome and stay at Conway May 7th.
Come on guys there has to be somewhere to stay
I will do some checking for you today. Are you looking for full accommodations? Water, sewer, 50 amp service?
35 foot 30 amp full would be nice but not necessary. Just electric would be ok.
This has me thinking about dragging the ole camper out.
Havent found a place to stay yet
Probably one of best would the toad suck park, right on river by the lock and dam. It is a nice place and not high priced, just happens to be on side of river.
I'm thinking your right Steve, its about the only thing that I can find and it is a nice park.
MB, If you have Google Earth, you can pull it up and take look. It's at lock and dam # 8( I think its 8). It is located west of Conway 5 or 6 miles toward Bigelow. Core of Engineer park, and they have hook ups. Park is on West side of river, off Hy 60 and 286.
Gold Creek talk to Dano, you would be kinda roughing it, but your on the water...
JigginPoleJoe is it Gold creek what? Store? Park? Do you have a number

It's gold creek , just a bait shop, boat launch, small place, quiet this time of year.
Mb, I just looked up # for Toad Suck park in Conway. It may be under, but call and they can tell you what you need to know. 501-329-2986. That is park #. I 40 Ex. 129 and go west 5 or 6 miles.
Thanks guys I'll call them.
Forgot to mention that the water was starting to go down though.
Toadsuck Park is flooded and probably will be still by May 7th. The caretaker even moved his RV out. With the rain we got last night, today, and what we're going to get the next two days, I can't see it opening up by the weekend. Maybe call the Corps of Engineers office in Little Rock and get referred to someone who will know. Wooley Hollow park at Greenbrier might be open. That's probably 10 to 12 miles north of Conway. We just don't have a lot of RV parks around.
