As far as I remember we have had a Spring Camp and a Fall Camp. Never remember a Summer camp since I was a Kid.

Bigger wants a winter, spring, summer and fall camp or just have a camp at each tournament with plenty of food.
Thats what we used to have
Let's have two day tournaments. You fish on Friday with regular hours and then on Saturday until noon. Weights from both days count. After the Saturday weigh-in, the party begins. Money is given out after the festivities. Most folks pre=fish Friday anyway, why not make it count?
