Good luck tomorrow ya'll and watch out for that wind! Had a buddy bout sunk his boat in the high winds at Sardis Friday. He said the waves were 5-8 ft tall and him and his other 2 buddies in their boats like to not have made it back to the ramp. He said the waves were tall enough that they couldnt see each others boat at the bottom of the wave.
Yall have any luck there today. I'm itching to try somewhere tomorrow

Enid today- First it was a little chilly. The wind was ok this morning but it picked up fast. Had to throw the sock out to slow down. Ended up with 4 keepers, a few nice ones got off at the boat and a ton of throw backs. Not the day I was hoping for but better than a poke in the eye !!!
Quit with 17 at 12:30 & caught a TON of throwbacks... Wind was brutal after about 10:00. Talked to SatDoc and Torch before leaving. Saw Yikes on Interstate but didn't on the water.

I ended with 12, biggest was only 13.5 inches. Wind was horrendous after 9 oclock or so, couldnt find anywhere to get out of it. Every creek you go in, the wind was blowing straight down it. To make matters worse, they had a green carp tournament, and with the wind and bass boats, it was really tough. Had one jerk in a bass boat fly by me doing about 70, just a few yards from my boat.
Crappie123 , Torch and I left about 30 min behind yall with 16 good ones. Nice talking to and meetin you.

Good to see you 123, I was at the ramp and ran in to Randall 25x. Had one truck on the ramp and those folks were testing a boat. The next vehicle to launch backed down and started unpacking. Randall and I had a conversation about etiquette. People just do not respect people any more or they don't know any better.

Had same thing happen last Thursday. 2 at head of ramp unloading and unhooking everything. A one in water on ramp installing polle holders loading coolers and all manner of stuff.
