When I worked at Lay-z-boy in Newton, we'd ride around on the back roads til LATE and then hit the Truck Stop in Newton every Friday night late. I'd always get the open faced roast beef served over texes toast and fries and gravy. Add some hot sauce to it and man, you talk about something good that cured the Munchies
The best roast beef sandwich I ever had has to be the one at holiday lodge they make one to die 4!!!!!
