Whew!!!

Sorry, but I'm tearin up as I read all the post wishing me well & prayers. I'm home & just 1 week of lite duty. Yep, it was a good thing all this happen while I was close to the hospital. Docs said 30 minutes longer and you guys would of been after my fishing equipmentRoflRoflRofl. Well,,,dat aintThumbs UpThumbs Up happenin. I'm so proud of being a part of CDC. You guys & gals are de:D best. Yes, it's going to be a change of life as to what I eat & there will be walks daily. NEVER saw itDohDoh coming. Thanks again for all of your wishes & prayers. Wow, ya just never know. Anyway ya get a second chance. Do what the doctors tell you. Eat a good diet, exercise, and of course lots of fishing. The lord wanted you around for some reason . He must have a sense of humor. Take care of yourself it could of been alot different.

Good to hear that you are ok. Got several phone calls yesterday and today...got the update today from JR this morning. Now you can play with the kitties for a few days to stay in shape.

Chatt, glad to hear your ok. I was thinking about you tonight as I was carring rocks out of my neighbors creek to use for landscaping around my building. That's a good way to test out the heart. It probably wouldn't hurt me to get checked out. Haven't been to a doctor in a while. You got me thinkin. It's good to see you're home already...it's hard to keep a good man down and after all how pissed would you have been...I mean you just retired. I've heard too many times about someone who retires and then has a heart attack within a year or two....glad you have more fishing days ahead! Mind your doctors and your smart wife!

Welcome to the heart remodel club! Julie was wise to get you to the hospital quickly. Your next wise move would be to take advantage of Cardiac Rehab. Supervised exercise with monitor 3 times a week. Been there, done that, and it is the proper way to get back in shape.
