Nice catch
There are some good ones in that lake.
Good supper catch there. I am hoping that some of them are males and just haven't turned black yet. That only means great fishing coming up soon. One year ago today we were hammering the males off ledges near channels at shoal bay and Ouita bay.
Good fish and I bet catching that bottle of gatorade came in handy also, as warm as it was.:D
Looks like those maybe starting to turn dark. We are catching dark and some still pale in Nimrod as some starting to move up a little. Nice mess there.Quote:

Jigging or minnows? I live on Dardanelle and love to crappie fish but I don't even know where to start in fishing this big lake. My setup is primitive as well. No depth finder and working on purchasing a trolling motor.
