It will be hard to get a report on Conway right now with the Crappie Masters Tournament there in a week and a half.

I know this wasnt the person that you asked the guestion to but i know bald knob slabs pretty well so dont think he will mind on the post i put up.I havent been on the waters in hurricane yet, but drove down their a few days ago and the white river was falling. When it falls the Glaze falls out quick. Wont be long before it gets good down their. And my favorite place DePartee creek is getting right. You will have to make a trip down to Bald Knob and hook up on some fishing with me. Maybe it wont be long the yo yors will be gone. Heard of some people catching alot on the yo yos back a few weeks ago on big hurricane and mallard pond.

When did you fish willow pond last ? I fished it or tried to back a few weeks ago before the water came up. Their was a couple boats thier that was yo yoing. Was in Conway yesterday and visited with the in-laws who live on the lake. He said the rumor is that some are catching, but neither he or his neighbors are catching.

Creekslick.....Just took a job here in Batesville this week so area is all new to me....but up from Centreal Ms is a really big fishing change. But a man at the plant said they got some good fish (White Perch) on the White....just may have to keep watching here to see to pick up on any suggestions....but gotta admit gonna miss the Ross Barnett (Rez)...staying in Drasco with a friend right now till I find a house...

What plant are you working at? It is very different fishing here in the clear water vs the colored water down home. I lived and fished Mississippi until 1986Quote:

creek....took a management position with the plant that Peco has now in Batesville. Was at Sanderson Farms in Mississipppi at Hazlehurst for 18 years. Just started up here Monday, but was raised in Lucedale and Wiggins while I still lived at home.
