yes it is, doesnt bother me to see him go.... he sure made MU look like fool's!
does he know anything about basketball? at all?
Just hope all the coaches go also,, heard that the Coach at SMS or what ever they call it now in
Springfield would make a good replacement, at least his teams play the full game and just not the first half...jmo
no the sms coach they cant make there free throws but he is a good coach.
They can have him... You never knew which team was going to show up:confused:
Would love to have the Butler coach. At least he can win on the road:D
Good ridance. He ran his boys to death without the depth to back it up. They didn't have a chance 8 minutes into the 2nd half. The talent he had he used wrong.
Coach Mike Anderson was sooo much better than Quinn Snyder. At least our BB players were hustling and held responsible for their actions, but my goodness, why couldn't we keep the in-state talent??!!! I went to MU and still remember the Peeler and Smith days. Hearnes Center was rockin back then! One side of me hates to see him go, the other side wishes him luck. I wish he wouldn't have held us hostage for more money and contract extensions because we have set a terrible precident for the next coach. If we gave into Coach MA's demands, then why would they expect anything less? I hope we get a good upstanding coach with the ability to keep our home-grown talent!
They call it MSU (Missouri State University) now. MSU's coach seems to be a good guy and mentor. He seems to treat his players, fans, refs, family and friends with respect. I think he is a great role model for his players. But with that said, all coachs have good things and not so good things about them. I'm just not seeing a lot bad about him at this point. Problem is when MSU gets a good coach on board and they begin to turn things around everyone else in the country takes notice and we just can't compete with the money they eventually gets offered so we end up loosing them. I stuggle with this at times but in the long run I have to try and look at it from the coachs side, I understand they are trying to better their life for themselves and their family. But good gosh, sometime you have to ask just how much money is enough? If he is going to go somewhere I sure hope he goes to MU. I would just love to have a Missouri team whichever one it might be that we could be proud of and stand behind. To have the excitement of being able to just make it to a sweet 16 let alone a final four would be awesome. I just hope one day maybe this will happen. Keep us update Fuz on what you hear up there if you would. Have a good one.
Didnt Anderson coach along with Nolan Richardson? I think thats why hes going there.
Yep Double D, he was an assistant at Arkansas for 17 yrs. Didn't figure Mizzou would be able to keep him with that job open. Don't know really who would be a good fit for MU, hopefully they can figure it out.
Local 10 o'clock news here in Springfield confirmed it's a done deal and he is going to Arkansas.
nvrgvup444 is right, don't you all remember Quinn Snyder and the Thugs that was hanging with the wife of some of the MU fat cats? Remember the Chiefs under Marty Shot his hammer, I think some of that team will be getting out of prison soon. Make millions of dollars a year and go to prison for car theft.
