Nice catch, you earned them if the wind was as bad as on Nimrod today.
Pretty fish! I'll second what Nimrod said. If the wind was as bad there as it was around Glenwood, you definitely worked for them.
Nice i was at morgan point, red fork, and belcoe last weekend and couldnt find em looks like they were bitin on the river though
Nice mess. Thanks for the post and the pics.
Nice catch. Were is Pendleton. I am in NE ARK But I dont mind to drive . I want 30" of line out and feel the thump!
BillyE
Nice catch. I know what you mean about the wind.
Thanks thats not to far
Nice looking mess of fish, that had to be a lot of fun!
Looks like you spanked some slab daddies yesterday!!!! THNX for the pics and nice catch!!! I have never fished the backwaters of the Arkansas and I live right beside em here in Scott... So do you catch em off in the old shoots (out of the current) on any structure you find?
I am wanting to know something about some river fishing. Are guys fishing the river itself, or are you fishing chutes off the river, or in the case of backwater(meaning the river's out)? I've got some little rivers around up here that I've been wanting to try when it's real windy.
them looks like some cole pile fish ?????
Nice! thanks for sharing
Nice catch
Merrisac
your getting cold, its shallow in spots but around the islands and chutes between the boat ramp and coal pile.it would be nice if the river was a foot higher, but not too much then you couldnt see the stumps.i did try merrisac a week ago with no luck, the water is a lot clearer down there
nice
Moore's bayou is around that area and has some good fishing.
Nice catch!
Nice catch,good looking bream too
Nice Catch esp in the wind conditions.
nice catch leadhead, thanks for the report and picture
Nice catch. I have fished for bass in those areas but never for crappie. I will bring the crappie pole next time though.
