I fish that lake quite often. I don't know how you get a membership but I know there is a fishing club for the lake, and unfortunately that is all I know. If I can get any information I will pass it along.
I fish there with a Buddy. He is a Member of the Fishing Club. He was on the waiting list for 12 years.
It is private, and you either gotta buy a place on the lake, know somebody who owns a place on the lake, or get into one of the clubs.
is this like still private, or can anyone fish it now?

Yep, its private. My boss owns a place out there and told me to come fish it. I tried once last year , but plan on a few more trips this year. I hear there are good Crappie in there.
