Tie one on Maachuu. Bottom 2 in the murkier water we have right now and the others as warms and clears some. Like the Black dot on Blue and Silver. Some more good looking baits.
you are going to have to teach me how to paint!!!! AWESOME
Lookin good man and Rat-l-traps ain;t just for green carp. I and several others use them for Crappie from time to time and yes, I've caught fish on them
ABSOLUTELY!! I used traps a lot back in my carp tournament days
I use traps alot this time of year. What you want to do is cast them toward the back and let them sink to the bottom and let them plow the bottom as you bring them back
to the boat pausing some to best imitate a crawfish the way it scurries across the bottom and stops. Believe me they will crush one of them when they do hit it.
I have used them for crappie and they work....I push them just like pushing crankbaits.
I have had great luck on Rat-L-Traps for bass. When I have found them schooled up in late spring/early summer, the largemouth bass will inhale those kinds of baits. I have also caught lots of white bass on them and a fair amount of crappie as well.
thanks guys for the heads up, was just testing the waters to see if anyone would use them and Triton stepped up and took on the task of being a field tester ( what I meant to say was "took the bait" ) :), so I am sending them his way :)
