I was thanking bout that to and Pretty sure it beats the old heavy weight by over 2 pounds

I'm starting to worry about myself, cause I was thinking along the same lines too. Pretty sure it's a new record cause I can't think of any FJ where the winning weight started with more than 12.

He told me Saturday, "This is the first time I finished in the money, so I decided to just go ahead and take it all". LOL. That's what you call barking like a big dog right there. 1st by a long shot, big fish and a new record plus all the money in one swing.

This made me curious so I checked the MCC weights. Driscoll/Harrison had 14.68 at Arkabutla. The only other that was close was 12.02 at Chotard. Not saying I'll ever get close to 14.45 again but it's pretty cool right now, makes up for a lot of very low weights.

I think I remember reading that Brad and Bo had 19.42# for a record on Grenada but i think it was a few years ago.
