yes basically the white bass will feed on everything that a crappie will so anything that we are making now you will have no problem catching them on where I live. We do not have them. I don't think we even have them in the whole state, but I definitely know what they are and what they feed on in their habitsQuote:

Yep. what James said. I know around here those shad stingers in white on a roadrunner or beetle spin head would be deadly for white bass. Of course our rivers may still be flooded once the run stats, lol

G3....... its amazing how big of a lure a crappie will chase...when I 1st started trolling crank baits I only bought one bandit because I knew they were way to big.....now I have a box overflowing of them for summer time/ warm water.....then again I've caught some nice crappie on ice sized jigs.....goofy fish can't decide I guess ha

I used to fish up in Sandusky Ohio when the White Bass would really run. Fished my 1/16 crappie baits and Minnow imitative plastics. Always got three huge coolers full. Just like crappie fishing only they were more aggressive.
@ EZGO....just order some of all of them ha ha ha ....I'll tell ya I just got a box full of snakes jigs and they are the BOMB!!! Look great....have some new goodies to try and some ole reliable's....his shad stingers and the grub body with the stinger fork ended tail are crappie killers for me, his tubes also.....ah heck just order some of all of them....

@SHIP....that white bass run in sandusky is a ball, what part of Ohio did you used to live in....we frequent Erie quite a bit for wallys & perch....we stay in port clinton when we go. I live near cincinnati though.

I lived in Toledo for 20 years and in Akron for 30 years. Spent 4 years in Wichita, 5 years in Nashville, 1 year in bowling Green and 6 years in Alabama.
