When I went to sardis with Feelay, he had a peice of different color tape on each rod holder. The idea was to be able to tell his clients what color the fish is on, but he said it didn't work too good so he kind of abandoned the idea. I think this would work much better
Looks good
No, the werst thing would be for the paint to mess with the integrity of the rod. Paint on fiberglass ladders and nylon fall protection harnesses is something I look for in my inspections. Some paints have a self etching characteristic that will cause a weak spot.
looks good man. I still haven't done it yet. Been fishing to much. Notice I said FISHING, not catching LOL
looks good!
And glad you said it that way DD!
I paint everyone of mine as soon as I get them. Been doing it for years. I do it for 2 reasons, easy to see tip moving and length of the pole. I do have a question. Why did you not paint the eyelets and tips?
Why don't you make a surprise visit to Whitfield? You would have work for a month. Osha really ought to show up. They would close us down.
I have been painting mine with spray paint for years.....never had a problem.
are you talking about rodtips, G, or that spray on hair? ;)
I don't have a hair problem CN......other than the fact that I have too much and have to get it thinned frequently, I have a full head of hair and no....its not fake. Still got all my real teeth too. :) Now....if it wasn't for this arthritus in every dadgummed joint in my body......
Good morning Pat
Mornin', David
