No such thing as a water proof Otterbox or any other one for that matter. They originally advertised them as water proof, but backed off to water resistant. Prolly the best thing going though.

Negative. But Otterbox does make an excellent waterproof box that your phone with its defender case will fit into. I have two sizes of them. Use as a dry box for both our phones, keys w/fobs, wallets, etc.
Bought mine in yellow so that visual detection would be increased if ever overboard. You can run over these with your truck.

They do make a water proof pouch with ear phone jacks that will accept an Iphone. Seen 'em at Academy and Wal-Mart. Trouble is you'd prolly have to remove to use an Iphone.

The otter box ant waterproof it's the best and as close as you can get.
This otter box I got has saved my phone from falls drink spills it even jumped off the roof of a moving truck once and still works like a champ.
If you want to have it for a few years the otter box Is your only choice.

Sometimes it's ok to trust others like Wb & Boatstall. They are eight. The otterbox defender is as close to waterproof as you gonna get. They can't make it totally waterproof and you still be able to use it. With that being said, the dry storage box Boatstall mentioned is what you want or your zippy lock bag. But under normal rains the defender has not let me down.Quote:

It's a big bulky plastic case that has a rubber cover and came with a thang so u can put it on your belt.

It's still snowing... sposed to get 4-6" north of the River and guess who lives North of the River.
They let us off work but I'm going nowhere because they are wrecking like crazy on the highways. I'll wait till the Highway dept. has cleaned it off before I GO anywhere! Three of our staff have wrecked in the last hour not to mention scores of other folks that we're hearing of on the scanner. :(
