67 right now in dead river. Headed to the pads !!
russ, keep us updated, I picked up a 16 1/2"er by the bridge the other night, and tried the pads but only got a few dinks.
No were on the back side of long island right now by little joes. Nada in these pads but boats fishing all over the lake
Yes with lights and busch beer
Elvis has left little joes. Fixing to hit the pads again
LOL, pretty entertaining, I have seen that guy there. Re; Flycaster I still need to fish that bridge I always see the boats lit up over there. I could put in at Hickory Point, I live on Lake Eustis so I usually use Buzzard Beach Ramp its less than a mile from the house, so usually stay in Eustis or run over to Dora, Beauclair, or Carlton.
This morning Johnson's Point was 66 degrees in the fog, caught 8 large enough to make 1 fishstick(together). Waited for full moon of Feb(always do well) and it's been a bust, so am waiting on new moon.--shu
Did you try the 17 feet deep water off Johnson's point?
Started in 20 fow but ended up in 13 fow over some eel grass, there were about 6 boats going back and forth and around in circles between the two sharper points.--shu
Went this morning straight to 17' threw a marker and went east right into the sun, caught about 12 kept 6 over 10" largest 12.5" now have fish for lunch tomorrow. thank you Russ, gps tracking shows i've been within 100' over 20 times, alway print a lot of fish but seldom catch any. Lost a nice striper on an old pole and line(they never seem to take the fresh line on a rod and reel) Thanks again will enjoy beer battered fish for lunch.--shu
Way to go shu! Not sure why they are there but it's where I found them. Pre fishing dorr this weekend for that tourney coming up. Still in that 17 fow there too. Enjoy the speck dinner, I am giving a few bags away tonight as my buddies garage door spring broke so I am replacing it and giving fish away too. Hoping me being nice will pay off with the speck gods:)

In the lower portion of the map you will see several depth indicators, 10 - 2 - 6 - 8. That area is LITTLE LAKE HARRIS.
