Have you called/emailed them? Paid with Credit Card? PayPal?

hey smooth your right!!!! Honestly after reading this i sat here and was thinking about what all the sponsors here provide...I mean we have all you could want or need. And if we dont have it we know a reputible source for it!!

We had other members on the board to post with the same question a few weeks ago. Hookset is a legit co. They are real slow but some of the people said they did receive their order after a couple weeks.
I was the one that posted the thread....
I did get my order and will order from them again,,,,,the weather and their supplier has them pulling their hair out.

I have seen other forums that are slam fests and i knew this one was different and full of a bunch of good ole boys that is why i posted about a non sponsor. Thanks guys and believe me my shopping will be done with our sponsors from now on out after the speedy service i received from them with my last two orders.
I can tell you this, I sent them some Southern Crappie Rods and after 35 days no money. They won't return my calls or e-mail. That's not much of a business!
I finally got an e-mail stating that it is just a married couple operating the business and that they have been dealing with Veteran Doctor's office visits. I ended up getting my order 5 weeks after i placed it. They definitely need to hire help...
I recently posted about a non payment of invoice. Teri called and explained a sickness in the family. This statement is to say that I have received my payment. As a small business owner myself, I hope by retracting my post it will put their image back to good standing with their customers.
Southern Crappie Rods
I ordered a pair of Morris Feel Gloves from Hook Set Tackle on Jan. 8, and haven't heard anything from them since the order confirmation email. My credit card was not charged, and the order was never processed or sent out. They didn't respond to my email query, their phone voice mail box was full, and their website is gone. Did they go out of business, or what?
I can't even find their website. I wouldn't buy from them until they get their act together. They are providing a service for customers, not the other way around!
Well, their website is back up. Let's see if they respond to my email of a few minutes ago about my still-pending order from 1/8/14.
