No reggis, that is the latest version of the HumminbirdPC program. The latest software for the 1197c Si unit is version 4.950 which should also be listed.

before downloading to 1197 first go in to menu & set 1197 to FACTORY DEFAULTS.. Just press MENU twice. Go to SETUP tab. Find selection for RESTORE DEFAULTS press right arrow, then I beliee you have to click on yes.

I think the 5.32 will have it in it If not I think I still have it on a SD card.
DI is included in the 5.320. Just DL it & it will catch you up.

Download your current version onto a separate SD card and keep it with your unit...
Sonar unit software updates can go awry for many different reasons and having a copy of your SW version on hand will enable you to revert your unit to your "Old" SW version if need be....

when i power the 1197 up it says i have the 4.750 version and no update needed. So do i need to download the 5.320 and i will be up todate
Software version 4.950 is an older version of software that has since been replaced by the newer 5.320 version. Download that to an SD or SDHC memory card and update your unit. Here is a link to a video on how to update your unit:
