What ya gonna get when you sell this one?
I have found a Ranger 522 that I just cant turn down. I hate to start re-rigging a crappie boat after I just got this one all set up but oh well. This boat would make someone a great boat to fun fish out of or tournament fish.
Half the fun is the rigging! I love drilling holes in boats. :)
HaHa! I'm with you on that one. Thats not much fun!
Hey feelay, you been kicking it around for a while, there's your glass boat.
Nah, I want the Ranger! My dream boat is a Ranger Intracoastal, it is built for redfish. No carpet, it would make an excellent crappie boat.
Very nice ride youre selling.;) I hope you have good luck getting that Ranger. Cant wait to see what it looks like.;):)
bump
Somebody needs to buy this boat so the boy can help the economy. According to NADA prices, he is several thousand dollars UNDER retail value. Sounds like a good deal for somebody. Nows the time to buy! Warmer the weather, higher the price! Brad, maybe you ought to start an auction.
Thanks Morris! The way i can to the price is $9,000.00 for the boat and it has right at $5,200.00 worth of major upgrades. If you hear of anybody looking please send them my way. It will make somebody a super nice fishing or tournament boat.
Can't believe I'm asking this, but, how long is the overall footprint of the rig, motor, trailer tongue, etc?
What you want to know is if it has a break a way tongue? It's a 19' boat and should be somewhere around 23.5', just like mine.
Hell, Brad you took the low end. My calulations came up to 16,500.
Major you may just have to build a longer garage.
You need to take about 24" off of the total length for the real length.
Major he keeps making it shorter it's gonna fit.
It's got to be less than 20'.
I will have to measure overall length at lunch. On the hitch you can pull a pin and fold the tongue away.
There you go maj. With a breakaway tonge a 20 ft boat will fit in stanard garage
Well the big O said that the state of our union is good, so in a couple of months I'm expecting a rite nice tax refund. So stay away from my boat Maj.
In the mean time, anybody got any extra social security #'s you can't claim. PM me if you do:D
I just measured the overall lenght of my boat and it is 22' with the tongue folded away. Major you only need to add 2' to you shed!
take the back wall out of the garage Major........your outboard motor might be in the kitchen then but what the heck, you live by yourself....go for it
I agree with G3 and besides, with the hole in the back of the garage, you can check on it every time you go and fetch and adult beverage from the frig.
Wannabe...
Yep and you could put a chair by it and use the top of the outboard to set your coffee cup on......no big deal for a old bachelor
