Sure looks like a lot of water down there. Thought the lake was at pool and the spillway was shut?
Here's a tip for ya as a bonus.
If you get to thinking to yourself 'aww heck, it ain't that cold out there. I can prolly fish for half an hour in my work clothes with a light jacket and be OK'..........don't. Cause you're wrong.

Spillway is way low...Prolly 2' lower than 2 days ago. Website shows 750 CFS discharge, but I think that's out of date....Looked more like maintenance of 200 or 300 to me.
Drove down to the river run and there's an extra 4' of ramp that's normally under water even with the spillway is off.
