Alabama is a horrendous place - stay away! Whatever you do, don't go to Alabama. The place is a pit. Especially, stay off the lakes and don't go near the Gulf! The fishing stinks and the state is ugly as hell. If you want to go someplace in the South, go to Texas or Florida - but keep away from Alabama :)
Now you're getting it. And they say an AUBURN education ain't good fer nothin. You left off the rivers. They are muddy, shallow, polluted and none of them hold any decent crappie. Especially the ALABAMA RIVER. The results of this past Crappie Masters Tourney showed just how bad the crappie fishing can be down there. I bet they never go back for another tourney.Quote:
