Yeah, I saw that, they have the flannel lined jeans for 19.95.
I went over to Pearl last year for the Black Friday sale. They had the same items on sale this year that they did last year. I got a couple of the deer cameras and an electric smoker and stood in line for 45 min to pay for them. LOL
I just went back and paid for the stuff...lines were short now....took 17 minutes from the house and back....glad I thought of that this morning.
Better buy ya some jeans....cotton is $1.00 or more a pound...jeans will be going up.
Hey Tim, I saw your post so I went and picked up a pair as well as a BPS hoodie and pair of MUCK boots. I hope they are as warm as Feelay says they are, Haven't gone wrong with one of his recommendations yet. Thanks for the heads up.
These bad boys are rated from sub-zero to +85 degrees so if it gets any colder than that then I'll just stay home.:D
I went to Pearl this morning stood in line for an hour to get in there and was out of there in less than 20 minutes. I thought things went well especially after doing the same thing normally at home in Springfield, MO and normally it takes me at least an hour there! Wal-Mart in Richland was my downfall, hair pulling, nerve cracking trip this morning!
Oh and PW58 aka my wife if your reading this! The only things I got at Bass Pro this morning was for the dog, me and my parents! And Wal-Mart was just office supplies!:D
i thought the lacrosse were easier to get off and on,the mucks are such a tight fit on ur leg they make my insulated bottoms roll up my leg when u put them on.tthe mucks may say sub zero but hunting in mine yesterday i would guess it was in the 20`s and my feet were cold and they mainly get cold around the toe area everywhere else seems warm ,where the lacrosse were warm everywhere.but i will say i couldn`t hardly get over a year with the lacrosse before the rubber would start cracking and thats why i am trying the mucks and the mucks were $30 cheaper ,just my honest opinion
oh yeah the lacrosse i had were the alpha burly sport ,they make different versions, that might be why yours were a paint to get off
I keep the tops of my Mucks rolled down, pull them up if walking in water over ankle deep. My calves are much larger than average and they aren't too tight to me. I have fished all day in 10 degree weather with one pair of wool socks, and never had my feet get cold. The sales guy told me to get 1 size larger than usual with the Mucks.
yeah i got one size bigger also ,but the lacrosse are still warmer and your feet will still sweat in the mucks ,ask any hunters on the hunting forms
Different strokes for different folks.;) That's what's great about this country, we can have options to choose from.
yeah i agree ,both are pretty darn good boots
If your feet sweat try a sock liner.
