Pass the box round two

Round Two sign up.
Same rules as last round see below.

Okay I know its not a jig swap but I'm thinking this might be fun. Using Fatman's Idea of passing a box around filled with goodies.

Heres how it's gonna work. Everyone that wants to play sign up below and tell where you live. I'll get a box started with materials then mail it to the person after me. He or she then takes no more then 5 items from the box and replaces those items with equal valued items (at least 5 but not limited to 5 items). Then mails the box to the person after them. eventually having the box work its way back to me as it's passed from person to person. Then we will start it all over again but with more and better goodies hopefully.

After each person gets the box post what you picked out and who's getting the box next. But don't tell what you put in the box or what was in the box when you got it. Want this to be kinda of a surprise Birthday/christmas present type experience .

What to put in the box:
Any jig tying material or anything to do with jig tying or crappie fishing.

Since we're gonna wait to start another round, why don't we post a thread in the jig tying section asking if anyone else wants to get in on this. Been some really good stuff being make and some really cool materials, the bigger the box the more chance of some really good stuff.

Just watch the thread when the box first goes out and when sayre315 gets it he'll PM you to get your address. After you send it to him PM Revtoby and ask him for his address and you can get your lables ready and be set after you go through the box. It really is alot of fun, and sometimes you find something you've never tried before.

If you need any more info let us know and we'll help you out.

Not yet but I'm at work so I haven't seen the mail yet LOL. If the box is too big for my mailbox they'll put a slip telling me to pick it up and my wife usually gets home before me and does that, I'll let you everyone know.

Well no slip showing I had a box so hopefully tommorrow. Weather sucks LOL -23 this morning with a wind chill of -32, and on the way home the wife calls and tells me that the water pipes are frozen!!!! Thankfully I have a good landlord and he came with the heater and after an hour and a half we got the pipe unfrozen so we have water again.

If any of you want I'll send some of it your way!!!LOL

Well got a slip in the mail and working on the pipes all day didn't get to the post office, but the box is in town. I'll get it tommorrow and try to have it out the next day.

Ok box is on the way to AC!!!!!!!!!!!! Post Office says Saturday here's hoping.

I took some swim jigs, some real small ball head no collar, some jig heads that had slots for stick on eyes, and some chenille.

Put in:

3 packs of ball head jigs
2 packs of Pony Jigs
1 pack of minnow head jigs
2 packs of different color chenille
3 packs of curly tails
1 pack of V spinner frames (Beetle spins)

Luckily the storm moved farther off the coast, we were supposed to get a foot of snow or more but we got about an inch. Didn't break my heart at all LOL Supposed to get back into the deep freeze again but I can't wait till spring LOL.

Just wish I had the workspace like at my old apartment, the new place I'm gonna have to wait till the thaw so I can pour some jigs. Can't wait to get some horsehead jigs poured up and tied.

Enjoy the box lot's of good stuff in there. Just a heads up for all, postal rate changes will make shipping the box more, I tried to fit everything in the small flat rate box and it was a no go. The medium was okay and would have allowed for more space/stuff in the box but at flat rate would have been about $10.60. Even with the cost of mailing the stuff I selected would have cost me way more than what shipping was so it was WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm tryin to hurry round today to this package put together and on your way because tomorrow we will be gettin bout 15" of snow and I just heard w/ 4 to5 FT drifts!! I'm loadin it up so I have you enjoy!

Ok, so I've taken Rabbit skin(head), peice of deer, dubbin material, Pack of ice jigs and light wire jigs, chenille, and some flies.
So now for what I'm addin!!!!

I've added:
10 to 15 Chenille(some from hobby lobby)
3 packs of Tubes
1 Yum wolly curltail
2 packs of Mister Twister grubs
2 packs of southern pro crappie stinger
2 packs of southern pro hot grub
2 packs of 1/8 jigheads(10 jigheads each pack)
2 packs of 1/16 jigheads (10 jigheads each pack)
1 pack of BG Baby Shad
1 piece of Buck tail
I think that is all I added I'm not really sure.......so I have hope I did not take to much but hope that someone can find a great treasure from what is still in there and from what I have added!!!
