I was up at 4 but not on the board. Got up drank a cup and went running.

Torch is in Jackson right now with his Dad. Had to put him in the hosptial yesterday pm. Pulmanary embolism.
Man, all kidding aside, hope his dad is ok.
Torch said they are gonna try some meds today to see if that helps. Will keep ya posted.
