What's a Brad's wiggler and an e chip?
Double G, Feelay don't use nothing but minners. The Brad's wiggler will run between 10 - 13. They norally run deeper than bandits. The crank with the e-chip has a e-chip attached to the front of the bait. When pulled through the water, it sends a signal that is suppose to iminate a distressed fish sound. I have used the e-chip in the wiggler and magnum size and caught fish with both.
Seen 'em, looked at 'em and the question is.....why? Sure, I can understand somebody experimenting once they get the cranking thing down pat, but if I only had X dollars to build out my arsenal, I'd concentrate on Bandits and all the tricks and tweaks you can do with them, then maybe I'd move on to other stuff.
Heck, if 1 or 2 feet is all you need, downsize to 8# mono or switch to braid. Just a lot of ways to do it without stepping up to more expensive baits.
Then again....they do look pretty good.

I'm still building out my arsenal G. Got a bunch of other stuff from my Bass days - Rapalas, Wiggle Warts, Normans, Bombers. I started out the first year experimenting some with them and had some success, but honestly, I get so little actual fishing time, it's really hard to work on the tweaks so since then, I've been sticking with the basics and concentrate on location, color and speed. Add in bait type and the variables get to be too much to calculate and track and distinquish a pattern.
Just keeping it real here yo.

uh huh....I hear ya......still sounds like more bs though :D
Wannabe.....you ought to post this great info over in the Crankbaits101 thread....just sayin :D :D :D
?? Why you think it's BS and which part ?? The not fishing much or the other baits ain't worth it part?

You ought to get in to politics....bwahahahaha :D
So...the little fishing time is the BS part? Heck, I'm lucky to average 1 trip a week for the whole year. Matter of fact, I'm sure I don't. The part that kills me is the way I fish, it's 1/2 day here then wait a week before I can go again. Makes it bad hard on a fella to find fish and stay on 'em. You know I can prove that part right. Heck, I'm sure I could get several witnesses to testify to it from right here.
Last week I fished Friday till noon. The week before was a banner week though. Fished Friday till 8:30 and Saturday till Noon. This week doesn't look too good though. Saturday looks to be shot and Friday maybe till 8 if I'm lucky. Week after ain't looking good neither and that's Barnett camp too. :(

OK ok Ok....give ya some advice then....when you do get a chance to go, use minners........just ask feelay :D
Yeah, Minners apparently pay the bills. Just hard to give up the productivity of a crankbait.

If you look at price, Bandits are about the same price as Brad's. The one good thing about Brad's is they don't eliminate colors as fast like the chrome clown.
Retail is for suckers Hollic. :)

I don't have time to shop for bargins like you do. I guess that is why I stay broke all the time. I see something I want, I get it.
I don't want any. I just want to know what they look like. Brad's probably has something simular that works better.
Thanks for the info crappiholic.. I appreciate it.
