shhhhhhhhhhh don't tell anyone, ES, but gonna go get some CATFISH fillets at the all you can eat boofay! :) The have the bestest I've ever had anywhere along with fried and boiled shrimp, baked ham, and fried chicken. Oh did I forget to mention the huge salad bar, homemade rolls, hush puppies and the all you can eat dessert bar with ice-cream machine??? Tomorrow night they substitute prime-rib for the fishies. OH MY! :p

Good question, G......:) I walk on a treadmill and I set the incline to 4 and walk at 4.3 mph. If a really good song comes on I pump it up to 4.8. It's too dark to walk outside at 5 a.m. :eek:
