Sorry for your loss. They become a member of the family and stick by your side through thick and thin. I have a female Pug that is so devoted that she lays by the door when I leave and rarely moves until I return. It sure is going to be tough on me when it's her time to go!
Very sorry for your loss, Bostons are wonderful little guys. It never seems like we have enough time with our pets.
Sorry. It is amazing just how attached we become to them ain't it. Anyone that says "it's just a dog" don't know what they are missing.
Joe, that stinks. Been there and know how tough it is. Sorry
Dang sorry Joedog! Wife is always on to me about our German Shepherd. If I go to Subway and get a foot long, Josie gets the same kind, if I go to McDonalds and get a quarter pounder, Josie gets one. I really can't think of anything except hot peppers that she won't eat! Smart dog I won't eat them either! I think we have the only dog who loves tomatos & raw onions! I went to McDonalds a couple of weeks ago on a Sunday morning, PW58 was working, I go there and get those breakfast platters, eggs, sausage, pancakes and I get a discount on my Sunday paper. Well I forgot to take the trash out before wife got home! I kind of got into trouble for buying eggs & pancakes for Josie! And I am always getting into trouble at Dillons for going back to the meat counter and buying them out of soup bones! And those large cow leg bones from Wal-Mart, they sound like a bowling ball being dropped on the back deck at 2 am. If Josie wakes PW up, I get woke up with, "YOUR DOG IS MAKING A RACKET!" Lord knows I keep Sam's Club Pet Department in business with dog treats. Truth be known I more in likely spend more money on Josie than I do on the wife. But so far the wife is the only one who I will grill a steak for!:D
Hate to hear it Joe,i too have a boston and he has become a very big part of our family......they are special.
Sorry for your loss, Joe. I understand your pain, my friend.
Sorry to hear it Joe. Dogs are better friends then some humans I know. A loyal friend is indeed what a dog is.

THE BEST PLACE TO BURY A DOG
"There is one best place to bury a dog.
"If you bury him in this spot, he will
come to you when you call - come to you
over the grim, dim frontier of death,
and down the well-remembered path,
and to your side again.
"And though you call a dozen living
dogs to heel, they shall not growl at
him, nor resent his coming,
for he belongs there.
"People may scoff at you, who see
no lightest blade of grass bent by his
footfall, who hear no whimper, people
who may never really have had a dog.
Smile at them, for you shall know
something that is hidden from them,
and which is well worth the knowing.
"The one best place to bury a good
dog is in the heart of his master."
