1st pic - What lake is that? Kind of strikes me as a cattle trail that got flooded. Probably just a lip of a drop. Might try intersecting it at a right angle and see what comes up.
2nd pic - not sure that is' an actual Christmas tree, but definitely a top of some sort. Same for the zoomed box.
3rd pic - Doubt that's weeds, we really don't have many lakes with weeds that grow out of 25 foot of water here in MS....then again, I don't know what lake that is. I'm inclined to thing that's prop wash from a second pass off of your boat or another in the area.
4th pic - Yep, another tree/wood
5th pic - Maybe bambo....I'm begining to think that's a bubble column coming up from the bottom. Sure is wide and diffuse though. I'd be tempted to throw a little george down and see what comes up to confirm. Very similar to your other pics.
6th pic - Think that's scattered trees mixed with Shad making it look all confusing on the left. look at the straight lines above "is all this". Almost look like railroad ties laying there.
7th pic - must be a small ditch. Judging from the 80' setting, it appears to be about 5 to 12' wide depending and looks awful sharp on the drop. Again, I'd intersect it and check it out.
Wannabe...
thanks WB, this is Pickwick Lake in the Mill Creek area
thanks
Another tree pic is BIGFOOT..... just sayin' ;)
Hmmm, Pickwick does have weeds that grow out deep in some areas....but down to 25'....I don't know about that. Need a Pickwick expert to tell us.

Wannabe I must say you are still a grasshopper...
Pic-1 Breakline formed by current in a sandy bottom.
Pic 2 Stumps. Washed under them a bit with some roots showing. Common on Pickwick.
Pic 3 -That is weak Thermocline
Pic 4 - Not a stump. This could be brush. Make another pass.
Pic 5 - not Bamboo but bait. The evidence is the weak return in the shadows
PIC-6 - Just bait not much interesting going on here
Pic 7 - This one got my attention. That is a very nice drop off with a killer brush top put in by someone.. See it right at the bottom of your screen..
Good catch on Pic 1. Didn't think about the current moving through Picwick.
Still don't agree with Pic 3 being a Thermocline though. It's not apparent anywhere on the screen except in the middle and from the DI image on the left is spread from 11 to 13 or so feet. Plus there are gaps from left to right with significant vertical swings.
In any event, you're still a gewber.
Wannabe...
I would not call it a weak Thermocline either had I not just been to Bear Creek... Same as Mills creek recently and noticed that anywhere around the actual creek there was a constant haze at 13 to 15 feet that went for great distances. It is hard to see it on this particular shot because of the bottom composition but that haze continues out to the left and right. Look at the sharpness of the image left and right before the drop and the fuzziness of the image left and right after the drop.
an 898 dual.
Hunter= +1 for calling WB grasshopper
WB= +1 for the gewb comment
I'm still now sure about the cattle walking around down there. But I like cows
A'ite OK, since you've been riding around up there more than me, I guess I'll give this one to ya. Still an awful weird thermocline if that's what it is. You sure it's not suspended particles from a recent rain or run off?
Yer still a gewb though.
Wannabe...
I agree it is kind of strange but the water seemed pretty clear and no significant current. If I can get back I will have the thermometer and the aqua vu and I will verify. I still think it will turn out to be a simple change in temperature/ water density. 2d sonar will no detect it unless you run the sensitivity way up.

To heck with the pebble, ya better keep your eye and at least one hand on your wallet when I'm around. :)

pic4 onthe left looks like bigfoot,,,lol
WB, I'm gonna have to agree with CH68 on this one. Prop wash shows up from the surface down, not from the bottom up.
