My wife put up a bunch of fig preserves last month. I really miss my Mom when people take about canning tomatoes and making jelly and pickles. She made the best.

The wine is some good stuff and we dont even drink it, use it for cookin and give it away during christmas. Wife makes me some reduced sugar jelly. Might bring a couple bottles of wine from last year to the cookout.
I've got a wild muscadine vine in my backyard and me and one of the little gitters went and picked a quart bag the other day. How many does it take to make a bottle of wine. Sure would like to try it.
