Sat, it's killing me

We did have beef tips, rice and gravy last night but I ate about 1/3 what I usually eat and then we didn't do garlic bread. After ole Slabo made that comment about my SPARE TIRE a couple weeks back. I been on a diet. LOL BTW, did Torch give ya that smooch on the cheek abit ago like I tolt him? :D:rolleyes:

Don;t really wanna be skinny, just lose 10 or 12 lbs is all. I hit the weights again a little over 2 weeks ago and have gained 9 pounds of muscle and lost an inch off my waist so far
