Blueskeeter Update-Day 7

Crazy mess--I would not take my dog to NKC Hospital. Right hand doesn't talk to the left hand. Dad's kidney is doing good. Got news that he is cancer free after the surgery. The 6 and 1/2 hours on the operating table is still giving him fits. He has had dialysis two times because his cratine level is high because of the hip injury. They are reducing the levels and pulling fluid off of him. Cliffy is going to need numbers for a good medical lawyer because he has a case here. Pass names and numbers on if you know one. I might need someone to bail Timmy and I out before it is all said and done. He is improving SLOWLY. I don't think Dad will ever go to the dentist, let alone the doctor again! I know he would rather be fishin'!

I'm glad to hear he's coming along good.
I hope all those eggs I fed him didn't throw his creatine level off, I'd feel bad. :)

Sounds like things are improving which is great news. We will keep thinking and praying for him. Tell him the gang from CDC says HI.

Tell him we are all thinking about him. Best I remember when I was raised up north of Gladstone, North Kansas City and Smithville hospitals were both listed under Animal Care Hospitals in the Yellow Pages. My parents had trouble with both of them trying to get me treated right when I was a kid. Sounds like nothing has changed. I think it was Smithville that almost let me bleed to death in the recovery room after surgery. Its a darn shame in this day and age with the cost of medicial care you can't depend on getting good treatment. You almost have to have someone on the outside looking in on you while your in a hospital.

well i'm here feel 100% better t0 day first time in a week i have been ablle to get online. Couldnot remember my logon passswords etc.just got lateses news kindney function is all ok every thing working ok. now i have to go through wherer they layeded me for 6 hours on my butt muscle. have major damaged to it starten to figure out whats next
