Nice looking worm! You'll be able to rig those several ways. I've been wondering if gills will hit them if you wacky rig them like the bass bates? Gills have such small mouths it might be hard to hook them.
I do not know I haven't tried it out yet you are looking at the first ones. We plan on running jig heads on them. Also reading it up like a drop shot worm or something similar I am sure that they would work great on bluegill. They are super soft and have a lot of action.
musky it is hard to hook those gills on bigger baits, however I must say I have caught them before on a 7.5 inch plastic worm while bass fishing. Amazed me how one could get such a big hook in its mouth. Snake what is the diameter of that worm? It looks smaller than I had originally thought. I asked him to make a stinger tail out of the trout mold but now I am not sure if it will be big enough.
Shoot some in Bubblegum pink and the fish and fishermen will go crazy for them!
GCD, that bubblegum is my favorite color to pour up. I catch crappie very well sometimes on bubblegum color sliders.
Very Nice Snake!!!!!!!!!!!! Hot pink with purple and green flake??? Those should go well.
Fatman
the diameter of the worm is a hair over 1/8 on the head in on the tail end it is a hair under 1/8. I thought it was actually bigger before I heard about when I got it I was really surprised but we will go ahead and try them out with a few guys and let you know. I think it would have been better if it was digger on the head in like you said.
Those are cool looking. I'm guessing you just hook the tip of the worm. Good work.:)
thank you we plan on using a jig head to try it out first. And then we might hook it up like a drop shot. We don't know until I work with it to see what is going to happen on different methods. and of course the feedback from everybody on here we would appreciate any comments that you guys have on reading this up.
they kinda resemble the northland bros bloodworms......good looking bait snake.
them bros bloodworms work well on a smaller head and either vert jigged or jig/cork, I bet yours will take the same pattern, plus you can make colors northland doesent, so I think your one up on em, will produce better. you guys on this board make some GREAT looking plastics, love looking through these, keep em coming!!!!!!!!!
Bob, I really like the natural color of those worms and the styles of all your baits. You and others sure are pouring some very nice plastic. Nice Job!!
I wish I had alot more money to invest because I think I could do very well. However it is hard to invest when you are going to college. I think I make some pretty good looking stuff for what I have done. Snake does a great job as well. I have not even had a chance to test most of my baits. The only one I really tested perforemed very well and actually caught more fish than the name brand jigs I buy from the stores.
if your heart is in manufacturing soft plastics you should go forward with your dream take you out a small loan I believe that you have the potential of doing very well in manufacturing and plastics due to make beautiful color combinations which you have the knowledge and ability to make things look great. You also do good work we might be able to help you out in the future we are thinking about selling some other modes that may interest you. We haven't made that decision to let go of him yet I have posted some on plastics already. We are in the process of making serious decisions on what we want to produce so when I begin to buy a lot of stuff we were in the process of finding out which ones would go over. Not a easy task because your spending a lot to find out. I think since we started a month or two ago we are in a hole over three grand. We will probably lose 1000 but that is only to gain of being a part-time manufacture. We still consider what I do is a hobby. Some guys have model airplanes and fast-growing cars but my interest is in fishing.
Yes, I have about 1,000 invested or better myself and have not got much of anything. It takes alot to get started and all the small molds hurts your time. Things are getting better, but I am about out of money now. I will not be doing any loans. Thanks for saying I do good work. I got those trout worms today. Thanks for sending them. They look like they will tear up some bluegill for sure.
I use trout worms a lot, the expensive power bait kind. Those look a lot better and I think will work a lot better.
