Fried dangit! Fried I say!
That's why he is so FULL of POO :D Too much fried food !!! And thats the only way they sell it where he has to BUY his fish.
Try marinating them in 1 part olive oil 1 part dark brown sugar 1 part soy sauce and 1 part water for about an hour then grill them.
You ought to see if you can find you some Salmon Magic by Paul Purdome and sprinkle some of that on top of your fish when grilling them also a couple of slices of lemon are nice too. If you happen to catch one of them ole green carp about 2 to 4 pounds they cook up real good on the half shell !!
They look good like you have them too !!!!
is that he don;t get to eat them but every once ion a while . I mean, 1 fish per trip, 4 folks eating and 3 filets per person. Takes him 12 tips to catch enough for a mess. I get tired of eating just fried fish so we're always looking for something new. Slabo or minner, when you grill'em do you put them flesh side down for a minute to get some color on that side? That's where I was essing up with the Striper's on the half shell. I went to youtube and some coonass was grilling redfish on the halfshell and he put them flesh side down for like 2 minutes, THEN flipped them over til they were done. I love making Crappie cakes though, MANNNN they are good
I agree with DD here them crappie cakes are fine! But the grilled here is lookin darn good too. Maybe I just love eating fish???
DD they'll stick too bad ifn you turn em over. (Something bout flesh side that just don't sound right). But no I don't. I cook mine til they start puffin up just like in the pic. They just like cookin a Boston butt. When the bones get loose enuff to pull out they done.
MMMM, Boston Butt. I ain't put one on the smoker in a couple months. Might need to cook one up. Either that or a Briskett
you just like eating. LOL
So do you leave the scales on?
Good thing all yo teefs is gapped Duck. I can't eat 'em like that though. The scales take me about an hour to get out from betweenst my teefs.

Fellow lose a contact while eating.. He would never find it.
ummmm, that didn't sound good, did it. Seriously though. I pull it and then once it's shreaded, I put more of my rub on it, some Cider vinegar and some honey on it, then mix it real good YUMMM
lol, dd........i was gonna phrase it "do you smoke your butt", but that didn't sound right either, lol.
Please do not ask DD "leading" questions. He just can't help himself.
That fish looks great, Duck! :)

That fish looks good duck. Might try that if I ever catch another fish.
