got a call from card services this pm seems like my credid card has been compromised. well the card that was compromised I dont have, didn't give them one single bit of info. called the attorneys general state of mo. they know of the scam and now you do

If you do wind up losing money, I know how you can make it back. I just got this e-mail from a guy who manages bank accounts in Nigeria. It seems that someone has died in an accident and there is no one to claim the $25 million in the bank. All you have to do is send him your bank account info, SS#, mother's maiden name, and a few other trivial bits of info. He will have the $25 million deposited to your account. All you have to do is give him a small cut ($2 million) when the money is deposited to your account. I have just done this! I am packing up my stuff and I am going to retire! Let me know if you are interested - I will send you the info.

On my university e-mail I don't get much spam - or at least most of it is related to science in one way or another. However, a few months ago I got a couple of e-mails that definitely fit that category. The first was from some woman who was looking for a boyfriend. A couple of days later I get an ad for Viagra, or some other ED drug. I wonder if the woman would have spammed me if she knew that I was also getting ads for Viagra?
I guess I have to stay off the porn sites when I am at work, huh?:)
