sitting getting ready to go to the neighbours for a fish fry. sipping on a lemonade, and one of the blades on the celing fan came off and went flying accross the kitchen crashed into the wall scared the pee rat out of me. that sucker just broke man I never almost moved so quick, little yellow spots on the wall,floor,celing,pants, what a day

Was working in a house one time using a steam carpet cleaner to get it ready for my daughter to move in,had all the fans on high to dry the carpet.Was packing the machine up an raised the hose in my hand to make sure all the water was drained out..well..you can guess where this is leading...ouch
Wow! Glad to hear no body was hurt, that could have been really bad.
I've raised a piece of carpet up into them a few times, but never broke one (knocking on wood)
