Not for 9 more years, at least. I work 24 hr. shifts. Around 240 hours a month, which is a good bit more than the average Mon. to Fri, 8 to 5 banker schedule of about 160 hours a month. It is nice having lots of free days though. Ideal if you hunt and fish, as long as you have a wife who is an earner. Otherwise, have to have a second job, or live on the gov't teet!

In house guy? If you are referring to a Chief (pencil pusher), no. I fight fire, do search and rescue, drive either a ladder truck or pumper. Am a haz mat tech. Have had special training through dept of homeland security in dealing with WMD's, I have actually trained with live Serin and VX nerve agents, Also have trained at the Mercury nuclear test site in Nevada.

Those 8-5 WB hours are more like: Arrive at 8:15, clean up yesterdays mess in the coffee room, start new mess, drink couple of cups...bathroom break.
9:00, Answer messages...from day before yesterday.
9:30, back to coffee room for another fillup
10:00 recieve first sucker in office, tell him/her NO
10:05 laugh and joke with other co-workers about last client
10:15, repeat 10:00 chores
10:30 coffee break
10:45 repeat 10:00 duties
11:00 lunch time
2:00 get back from lunch...spend next 30 minutes like yesterdays picture
2:30 coffee break
3:00 see last client of day
3:05 run client out of office with another not no but HELL NO.
3:10 Laugh really hard with co-workers
3:30 start ending day and planning duties for when gets home
