Die electric grease is a yes, those nylon nuts are going to give you problems in about a year.

I assume you are using nylon electrical nuts, over time they will corrode. You can buy butt terminals now that are 100 % waterproof. That is all I will use on a boat.

I thought he was talking about replacing the wing nuts on the battery terminals with nylon lock nuts. If he was....to me that could be a bad idea.....you might have a need to get those cables off quick sometime.

Maj any NAPA keeps them. You splice the wire then use a torch to heat it and the solder melts then the shrink tubing and it is 100% water proof.

This started out as a compliment WB thread and has now turned into a show and tell fer the Maj. Dang thread jackers. Sorry WB. This was supposed to be fer you to sit back and enjoy the praise fer awhile. Guess we will have to try this another day.
I got one...sorta..Wb looks ok in his apron, side dressed with Yellow rubber gloves to the elbow...a dustmop in one hand and a tiolet scrubber in the other with his pail...consisting of Comet...Mr Bubbles for cleaning the tub...Mr Kleen...the little colorful dust brush..Pine-Sol and his Handy dandy small hand held vacuum...followed by the 2 b's pulling each other in the red trailer/wagon
You can add other things I left out.
