Great Day On Conway Agian/Caught A tagged AGFC reward Fish

Hey guys caught a limit on Conway verticle jigging cypress trees on the east side of the lake near Parlarm Creek boat landing. Color didnt seem to matter today they was just flat bitting. About all were 12-16 inch fish. I got work the next 3 days and I just found them. Probly will be another storm on my days off next week:( My bigger fish came off the edge of lilly pads with a cypress tree on the edge. I got a tagged reward fish which was tagged during the Crappiemasters tourney. Got to wait till Monday to see how much he is worth. :D

By the first of Jun, or consistant 80 degree water temps, hard times start to hit Conway and it will stay that way until about the middle of Aug, then the bite starts picking up agian.

I love that boat it is a stable smooth ride. I called the AGFC and they asked me where i caught it, when, what species, and how i caught it, how long it was, and how many crappie i caught that day. Then they told me to mail the tag to them and they would send me a check which i will not know how much it will be worth yet until it gets here.

I'll attest to Cp's boat being a nice ride....and it's a fish catcher too! ;)

Great catch CP, hope to get this working over with and my boat out of the shop soon. Have'nt caught a Crappie in almost 2 weeks! Think I'm going through withdrawls. lol lol

Providing there are no Major storms predicted and lake wind advisory's, look to the east next friday my friend, and you will see a Black Lowe coming over the herizone with a boat seat just for you.;)

Any day on the water and i come home safe and sound is a Good Day. As far as catching em I have my share of bad days, but im like that ole Blue Tick Hound chaseing a coon in the night, relentless pursuit until I catch em.:D

Yep went back Thurs could only catch three keepers, recent hot weather shut em down. So switched too bream fishing and caught a nice lil mess to go with em. Ill let ya know checks in the mail.:D

whats up cuz glad to see you still catch in um hope that check is big enough for you to retire on ha ha and six inches of snow here this morning which winter would leave but its spring in the rockies well tell em all i said howdy and dont clean them all out of conway leave a few for me if i ever make it down see ya !!!!
