It's the whole jello thing, I don't know what makes a liquid turn to a gel like that and alcohol doesn't stop it from gelling, I used to eat it when I was a kid, but I think the stuff is kinda creepy as far as foods go, just sayin'
I'll take some of that jello action, I like that stuff for sure!!!!;)
