Sounds like they got it bad, watching the news, and 2 deaths, looked like a bad storm.
God be with the people there.
Just got off the phone with John and his family is safe but they all have significant damage to their houses,it was bad down there he said one of his neighbors died,we need to send one up for all the poor souls down there.I'd like to get a little something together at camp to help John put his home back together, folks John and Linda are two of the best people walkin this earth they invited slayer and into their home a couple years ago and took very good care of us for 3 days and that act of kindness has not gone unoticed............please think of my friends.
My thoughts and prayers for our southern friends.
What about looking into a "repair roadtrip for a weekend to help them out. If it is possible.
Thats a thought.........
My prayers are with them.
I lived in the Delta for a couple of years. I used to pass through Yazoo City a fair bit. Yesterday I exchanged e-mails with a buddy of mine who works near Greenville. He said he was trying to keep his laptop above water while he was responding.
Prayers sent.

Just read on the news that they were up to 10 confirmed deaths. Prayers sent to all and condolences to those that lost loved ones.
I'm gonna be passin the hat at camp to try to put a little cash in his pocket i 'm sure they could use it,if anyone is interested in helping em out please see me at camp.
They said on the news it was 3/4 of a mile wide, very bad for sure. We had an F5 go through my home town about 8yrs ago and it looked like a nuke had went off. Count me in for a donation.
prayer's sent up for all the family's...glad to hear john and ms. linda are ok...it does'nt get any better than them folk's. wonderful people!
I remember the reports and the pics from them when you guys went down there. I remember you guys talking about the good food they cooked for you to. Glad they are safe and will be thinking about them and the others in their community. Passing the hat is a greta idea to try and help them out.
Good idea - Pass the hat my way when we're at camp.
Talked to John and he was gettin the saw fired up to cut the trees out of his yard,he had some beautiful trees surrounding his house but not now it went directly over his house and while he has significant damage he feels fortunate to still have a house and family...........thank you guys for offering to help i know after this they can use it.
