It will be fine, Also could use Sta-Bil Marine fuel stabilizer to help fight off Ethanol
I WAS having some bad problems with my 125 missing until I started adding seafoam. Since I started adding it, I've quit having any problems. It made a believer out of me for sure
can u add seafoam to gas that already has stabill in it?
I have and did not run into any trouble
Sea Foam is good stuff. I've added it to every drop I've run through my outboards for the last 10 years and it's kept the carbs clean and have not had a problem with starts after long periods sitting. I believe it beats down the ethanol issues and it cleans the fuel system as it runs through. Since I run it all the time, I thin it out and aim for about 1/2 ounce per gallon.
On the question about adding to fuel mixed with stabil, I'd email customer service and ask the question, but I believe they're gonna tell you it'd be fine.

Yes, you can, I have, but only once "til" I read what Sea Foam does. No more Sta Bil here. I usually add sea foam about 3 times a year. My last tank of the year has it in it for sure, to preserve the gas over the winter. I have a 40 hp Johnson oil injected. With using sea foam, forget about the Sta Bil. Sea Foams a better product. Also I fog my carb's an cylinders with a shot or 2 of Deep Creep for winter storage. My first trip this year was to Grenada. Didn't try to start the motor, just pulled the boat down there, 365 miles. Fired right up, first try and run like a champ. I put Sea Foam in everything I have that run's on gas, and thats everything. Truck, Car's, Boat, ATV, Mower's, Weedeater, Chain Saw, Power Washer, and Generator. It cleans injectors, carb valves and preserves your gas over long periods. I Deep Creep everything that is not going to be used for awhile, like the saw's an generator. Someone in Mississippi once ask if it was sold by the gallon. Yes it is, I've seen it up here for $64 a gallon. Sorry, for being so long winded, but this stuff is great, saved me alot over the years. Have a Good Day.
I sell and use it and I am a believer. I think if I drank some it might help get the miss out of me.
and so glad I did. Runs like a charm no. BTW Mark Twains Crappie Dan what is this Winter Storage you speak of? I'm fishing 52 weeks a year and CATCHING on occasion
Don't listen to him MTCD. Yeah, he's fishing 52 weeks, but his catch rate is still 10%.

I don't really know but...DD claims that is 8 percent higher than yours. :D
0.25% buddy. I catch atleast a couple 9 out of 10 times I go. Don't get skunked much anymore but it DOES happen
You guys ought to know that you can double those percentages by single poling. just sayin....bwahahaha :D
One good thing about being on the bottom of this totem pole is there ain't much room for things to get any worse. So.....I got that going for me.

I have a 25hp, 2-stroke & use it in every tank. I do believe it works.
Torch, mix sea-foam/Makers Mark two to one ratio. Don't much matter which is the two and which is the one. Took the sputterin right out of me. My wife has it on the top shelf case she notices a need for it 'fore I do.
Well this thread got me to go and treat my outboard. I've been puttin' it off, but after reading this, I ran Deep Creep through the carb and added SF to my gas.
C.c oughta get a commision.
Let that Deep Creep soak for a couple hours, then take it to the ramp and run the dog snot out of it. You'll be fogging the lake for skeeters. When it clears up, slap some sea foam in the tank from then on and you'll be good to go.

Thanks guys, didn,t know i was going to get that much info. really want to thank you all, i,ve been using the marine sta-bil but kept hearing about sea foam, i will be getting some sea foam, sounds like its a lot better than sta-bil from what you guys are saying, thanks again:):)
Im a sea foam man myself...that stuff really works...mine was running kinda ruff and using lotsa gas and now its running perfect. I use it every time I fill up.
I've got no idea if scientifically Sea Foam is any better than Sta-bil. But it's hard to argue with results. Also, Sea Foam has been around since the 50s. Sta-bil on the other hand has a bunch of slick commercials and advertising.

I've been using Stabil in every tank of gas I've put in my boat and it was missing real bad. I added the first can of Sea Foam to it and the minute I cranked it up, it quit missing. I have my answer right there
I was using sea foam for a while, motor started coughin and missin. Went back to Stabil, everything runs fine now....I gottabe different, I guess.
that you are my friend
