Just finished these up. 1/24 #4 sickle's.

On the left is baitfish chenile and on the right is kansas slabs chenile. Both are finished out with ice blue marabou and chart. hackle. They might not catch any crappie but I like 'em.:D

Nice ties and maybe try the silver head on the one on the right too? I use Silver/Fl Yellow/Blue a lot of the time. It's one of my favorites right after Silver/Blue/White and Chart/blue Chart and I probably use these most.

Not to pat myself on the back, but Kansas Slabs was my creation last year when a couple of us folks on here were having custom chenille made. I love it!

I have used the kansas slab chenile with a plain shiny new lead head and it does look pretty good to me. I am not sure I am going to be a big fan of the blue head even though it matches up well with a few patterns I like.Quote:
