I was going to try to do something like that for the smallie swap amd tie up some hair someway.I know what to do now,I tried but was'nt working out to good.

Thanks Men many years ago My Dad made Me master popper fly tying before I could waste his lead and I just though,? Ya know Crappie and Brim feed on them like anything else the head is 4 colors clear lime flo. orange behind and below the eyes green spots with a trans yellow top coat and alittle black behind the eye's legs are drawn forward and wrapped with 210 danville flo 504 and cleared I believe that craft fur or SLF in hank form would be better the hair won't hold up to a massive perch attach all day long!
Flat, that is awesome... Only problem I see is it looks alot like a guy I fish with sometimes..:D

when did you start pouring that head? I like it and the jig too.
I saw yours and thought to myself,I can make one of those,lol.Yea right,I even tried making little arms in the front,sat for a half hour filing a head to some sorta Martian shape,lol.If a fish would eat this thing he must be mental in the head like me for trying to make one,lol.
