20 years ago when i lived here you never saw an Armadillo either. Now they're thick as fleas! Lots of strange things goin' on these days
Thats pretty weird, I haven't seen one of those since I moved from Vegas
I've seen several roadrunners while fishing around The Rock over the past 15 years or so.
when I was stationed in Oklahoma we had tons of armadillos and road runners. Seems like some of them followed me up to Missouri. Down there the game wardens encouraged us to thin out the armadillos, they make good practice for rabbit season.

In south Texas they shoot every one they see, they say they will chase down a covy of Quail and kill every one by pecking them in the head. Not sure if it's true or not.

yea creek we see them everytime we go to horseshoe, brother has them comming up to the back porch chasin lizzards,,,
but in missouri it is rare to see one, hope it stays and brings a mate,
